Most people would’ve built this staircase straight up the hill and called it good.
We didn’t.

This one was laid out to actually flow with the terrain instead of fighting against it. Cleaner sight lines. Better walking rhythm. Better overall feel.

Stairs like this don’t fail overnight—and they don’t get fixed with a quick patch.

Water got in, the frame gave out, and the whole set was on its way out. So we stripped it right back and rebuilt it properly.

Reframed solid. Waterproofed the way it should’ve been from day one. Finished it off with composite decking so there’s no maintenance and no repeat issues.

This is the difference between covering problems up and actually fixing them.
