🔨👷👷‍♀️850 Dogwood St, Campbell River - WCPG Oceanview Apartment Homes, 79 beautiful units. Proudly insulated by Coastal Pacific Insulation. 📌 What You’ll Do:
👷🔨 Install batt insulation into wall, ceiling & other assorted building cavities

👷‍♀️🔨 Install/Roll/Tack Down polyethylene v***r barrier (poly)

🧵 Install acoustic sealant, window & door backer rod + thermoplastic caulking

✔️ Fill exterior penetrations with canned spray foam & tape wire penetrations

🆘 Assist main installers with jobs

📚 Train/Learn from experienced installers on the team

🗑️ Job site clean-up & other various tasks to help the team succeed

📌 What to expect:
💵 Training wage starts at $20/hr & candidates that excel can expect up to $25+/hr

⏱️ 8 hour days - 5 days a week minimum

🚗 Driver’s License/Vehicle - Not mandatory, but candidates with DL will be given priority

👨🏾‍🏫 Willing to train the right candidate, even if you have no insulation experience

We are looking for a motivated individual who's dynamic, personable, and comfortable on a job site.

Competitive wages with room for growth!

Driver's license absolutely MANDATORY.

This role will be 3/4-full time with flexible hours to meet your needs. Tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Picking up and delivering materials and scaffolding to job sites
- Crawl space insulation installation
