- Building Manager and maintenance team leadership
- Budgets, financial reporting & owner communications
- Leasing, renewals, occupancy & tenant retention
- Vendor, contractor & service partner management
- Property inspections, safety & regulatory compliance
- Portfolio growth, onboarding & operational improvements

What we’re looking for:
✔️ 5+ years of residential property management experience
✔️ Multi-property portfolio & team leadership experience
✔️ Strong financial and operational knowledge
✔️ Excellent communication, organization & problem-solving skills
✔️ Knowledge of residential tenancy requirements and compliance
✔️ Yardi, SiteDocs or similar experience is an asset
✔️ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
