International Women’s Day was yesterday, but we want to take a moment to recognize the women who are part of the Dartmouth Metals team.

The recycling industry has traditionally been male-dominated, but that continues to evolve. Across our office, warehouse, yard, and production operations, the women on our team contribute every day to keeping our company running.

From accounting and administration to warehouse operations and the shredder team, every role plays a part in keeping materials moving and recycling working. This reel recognizes the women who are part of our operations. We are proud to work alongside them and grateful for the work they do.

The recycling industry needs skilled people who are willing to step up and get the work done — and the women on our team do exactly that every day.
