JOB DESCRIPTION
Merlin Plastics is currently seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, and good problem-solving skills to join our Millwright team. For the right candidate, this is a career opportunity with room for growth and advancement. Must be able to work 40 hours a week. You may be asked to work additional hours beyond regular hours, when business needs require it and will need to be flexible with availability.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities shall include:
Install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans which involve working at heights, climbing ladders, and using mobile equipment.
Operate mobile equipment used in the repair, installation, or fabrication of equipment including but not limited to drills, grinders, hammers, wrenches, blowtorches, and power tools.
Good fabrication and welding skills,
Able to assemble equipment;
Able to read blueprint;
Experience with aligning equipment, compressed air, pneumatic equipment, conveyor and augur is an asset.
Experience with pumps and hydraulic is an asset.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work 40 hours a week; you may be asked to work additional hours beyond regular hours when business needs require it and will need to be flexible with availability.
Must be well organized and efficient in performing all assigned tasks.

Good rigging skills and forklift driving skills.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Five years of work experience in industrial maintenance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reseal Ticket
Good rigging skills and forklift driving skills
Language of work: Fluent written and verbal English
Compensation: $30- $40 / hour
