A better build starts long before we get to site!🛠️

For an upcoming custom home, Aiden and NBA - Nick Bray Architecture Ltd. recently visited Plan Your Space to walk through the plans at full scale before construction begins.

Seeing a home at 1:1 scale allows our clients to get a real sense of how their future home will feel, from the flow between rooms to the size of each space and how it all comes together. It’s an opportunity to make more confident decisions and work through any changes before we start building.

For us, it means better collaboration, fewer surprises and a smoother build for everyone.

Phoenix House is on the front page of ➡️ Designing Tomorrow, the new Miele Design Journal by Miele!

What began as rebuilding a family home after a fire has grown into something much bigger — a project rooted in building science, thoughtful design, sustainability and a conversation about what the next generation of Canadian homes can look like.

We’re incredibly proud to see Phoenix House recognized in the launch issue, and even prouder of the team behind it. This home is the result of countless architects, designers, builders, trades, consultants, suppliers and partners coming together around a shared vision.🐦‍🔥🏠
