Weather was on our side yesterday and made for a great day to crane a sauna over top of our latest custom home in Tsawwassen☀️ This beautiful 4000lb unit from will be the perfect addition to this dreamy backyard.

Second phase of structural steel being installed this week on our 3rd Seattle-bound float home. Ongoing framing and sheathing to follow close behind. Next up will be getting the flat roof framed up and watertight. Then we'll be looking forward to seeing the majority of the roof finished with 30+ solar panels ☀️

A lovely long weekend spent down in Seattle! We were able to meet with our homeowners and tour the multiple float home communities around Lake Union and Portage Bay. Seeing the eclectic mix of new and longstanding homes in the area (and how our homes will fit in) was a great experience. Can’t wait to get back down there to see our current builds settled into the neighbourhoods!
