In 2013, I began installing foundation screws, starting with a few small barn projects each week for my dad’s company. It didn’t take long before I realized how much I genuinely enjoyed the work.
Over the years, through hard work, persistence, and constantly pushing myself to improve, things really started to take off. I began booking my own jobs, building a team and hiring on my own, creating my own company name and logo, and putting myself out there through promotion. I even made it my own—right down to painting my mini excavator.
Now, looking at where I am today, it’s hard to believe. This journey has been incredible. I’ve built something I’m truly proud of, with a solid foundation—thanks to the amazing clients who trust me, support me, and even call me for advice on their projects. As a woman in this field, that trust means everything.
2026 has only just begun, and I’m already booked solid for weeks. I’m beyond grateful for how far this has come and for everyone who’s been part of the journey.
