Our most recent completion — 8-unit rental building for Northland Developments.

We handled the full exterior scope and helped this project meet Step Code 5 requirements for air tightness!

Scope of work included:
• Window and door installation
• Tyvek commercial wrap
• Hardie board and batten
• Hardie wood tone accents
• Vinyl soffits

Proud to have been a part of this one.

Completed Nov 1st, on schedule and Just in time before winter rolls in!

Living room fire places do not get much better than this!

The mantle and floating shelves were the last item on our list for this reno. More completion photos to come!

Light mist hardie install complete! Metal cladding done by mammoth metal roofs. Great to work along side other talented individuals.
