Magnum Perforating Services is currently seeking a Wireline Operator/Supervisor

Job duties include but are not limited to:

-Lead pre and post job briefings and contribute to the discussion to ensure lessons learned are properly communicated, understood and implemented on subsequent jobs.
-Ensure the unit you intend to use is fit for use and fully stocked.
-Ensure pre-trips and post-trips have been completed.
-Ensure you are equipped with all required PPE (boots, coveralls etc).
-Confirm with your crew of any additional equipment required and work with your drivers loading and preparing equipment.
-Complete all paperwork as per internal and external requirements.
-Arrive punctually and be prepared to work for the duration of your shift.
-Perform rig-in duties
-Perform maintenance work
-Perform rig-out duties
-Actively participate in equipment and process familiarization.
-Perform location housekeeping/maintenance in tandem with drivers
-Maintain close contact with the Operations manager regarding work assignments, promptly report all concerns regarding equipment to the Operations manager.
-Report all incidents and accidents to the Operations .
-Maintain open, professional communications with all crew members and company representatives.
-Perform all work in accordance to standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance to industry standards.
-Fully implement and actively promote respect for Health, Safety, Security & Environment standards and policies, as well as any other customer or external agency’s regulatory requirements.
-Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies, including participating fully in all required in house training and wearing appropriate protective equipment (PPE).
-Actively participate in all safety meetings and maintain company property and equipment in safe operating conditions at all times.
