Over the years, one thing I’ve learned through business is that strong relationships compound over time.

After owning and operating a construction/trucking company for more than 20 years, many of the best opportunities came through conversations, trust, and long-term relationships — often years after first meeting someone.

That same mindset is what I’ve carried into commercial real estate.
Commercial real estate, especially industrial, is still very much a relationship business.

I’ve appreciated reconnecting with people throughout Edmonton’s business community and continuing to build new relationships along the way.

Deal Closed! 🍕

After some creative thinking and a few hurdles along the way, we got this one across the finish line.

I'm pleased to share that the new owners officially took possession of the Famoso Franchise restaurant. A huge shoutout to Soudabeh Mobin for working alongside me on this deal — your collaboration and insight made all the difference.
