The house is 143 years old, no hydro, just propane lights and hot water. A few photos of new siding install, more to follow. New windows and some interior reproductions to do to keep the same trim through the new doors.

Just finished a reno for a very nice couple in Corner Brook. fresh paint throughout, new wood mantle incorporated into the custom cabinet with fresh tile hearth. Opened up the stairway by deleting some half and full walls around the old ones, then installing new steps and railings Sanded the old red oak floor and darkened the floor to their new color
