This week some TK Western co-workers and their family members went to a Canadian Blood Services clinic to donate a pint of red from our veins!

We had quite a few 1st time donors which is special and we hope to make this a routine event with our team and expand our group participation moving forward.

Here's to saving lives, team building, amazing nurses, great snacks and an oil change for your own body in the process!

Today we celebrate Sarah Harvey our Parts Manager, on 9 amazing years TK Compressor!

For nearly a decade, Sarah has kept our parts department running smoothly streamlining processes, managing inventory, improving margins, solving supply challenges, and somehow always knowing where that one part is that nobody else can find.

Sarah's consistent, reliable, efficient, and versatile and has grown into a true leader within our division, constantly pushing improvements and helping teammates well beyond her job title. Whether it’s solving problems, helping the team, or bringing creative ideas into our daily routines, she makes work better for everyone.

Her colorful hair styles may change more often than our product pricing — but her goals, vision, and work ethic remain solid!

Outside of work, Sarah dominates slow pitch fields and travels the world for Pokémon tournaments, proving her
organizational skills extend far beyond parts inventory.

We’re incredibly lucky to have her on our team and can’t wait to see what the next years bring.

This week we’re proud to celebrate Zach Brown on his 4-year anniversary with TK Compressor!

Zach started out as our Service Coordinator, keeping our days organized and our customers supported. Since then, he’s made a leap into the field—now thriving as an excellent Service Technician.
Whether it’s a busy day, a challenging schedule, or a high-pressure job, Zach is someone the whole team can count on.
His consistency, reliability, versatility and drive to grow every single day have made a lasting impact on our customer base and our team.

Today we’re celebrating 1 year with Mohit
Puri on the TK Compressor team!

Mohit joined us as a Service Technician and has quickly made an impact. His willingness to learn, commitment to the craft, and positive attitude have accelerated his growth in such a short time.

Early in his journey (2019), Kristian had the opportunity to learn under one of the top compressed air technicians in North America, gaining knowledge and hands-on expertise that he now brings to every challenge he tackles.

From stepping up during a key transition in 2021 and growing into a dependable, versatile and hardworking individual , Kristian continues to deliver exceptional support to our customers and also helps mentor the next generation of technicians on our team.

Today we would like to celebrate Michael Salmon on 25 YEARS with TK Compressor!

Michael is the true pioneer - the O.G. of the compressor division. From his early days in Parts to Service Manager, Sales and now leading as Division Manager, he’s been the horsepower force keeping us running at full PSI.

Over the years he’s steered us through every obstacle (without ever losing air) building not just a stronger division but an even stronger culture.
Michael has that rare ability to bring out the best in his team, making work feel less like a grind and more like a well-oiled (or oil free if you need) machine!

His loyalty, dedication, and leadership have made an impact on co-workers and customers alike and he’s created an environment that’s as high-quality and contaminant free as the compressed air systems we sell.

Outside of work, Michael’s energy doesn’t let off the throttle — whether it’s spending time with his 3 boys and wife, coaching soccer, spiking on the pickleball court, riding his motorcycle or heading out for outdoor adventures, his energy and passion resonates in all aspects of his life.
