Today we would like to acknowledge Sawyer Boyle Cairney's 2 year anniversary with us at TK Compressor!

For the past two years, Sawyer Cairney has been helping drive growth at TK Compressor through strong customer relationships, a commitment to finding the right solutions, and a genuine passion for helping our customers succeed.

As an Account Manager, Sawyer has excelled at both hunting for new opportunities and cultivating long-term partnerships with existing customers. His focus on honesty, accuracy, and understanding customer needs has earned him the trust of many throughout the industry.

Over the last year, he has also played a major role in expanding our compressed air audit capabilities while continuing to deepen his technical knowledge and industry expertise.

Whether he's networking, speaking to students, researching new technologies, or working with customers, Sawyer is always looking for ways to learn and improve.

When the workday is over, you'll likely find him in a golf cart, a tree stand, or somewhere outdoors enjoying the next adventure.

One Year Strong!

A big congratulations to Jacob Doyle on reaching his first year with TK Compressor!

Jacob came to us with a great attitude and quickly proved himself to be a quality-driven technician who genuinely cares about our customers. He's always willing to jump in wherever needed, whether that's out in the field, helping in the shop, or tackling a new challenge.

His work ethic, eagerness to learn, and team-first mentality have made him a valuable part of our organization, and we're excited to watch him continue to grow with us.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys camping, hunting, getting his quad dirty, and spending time with his wife.

⚠️ Anniversary Service Advisory: Jesse Levitt has officially reached 5 years of service and continues operating at peak efficiency.

Over the last five years, Jesse has accumulated:
🔧 Hundreds of service calls
🔵Countless feet of Infinity Air Piping installed
📞 Plenty of customer problems solved
👨‍🏫 Several newer technicians trained
💻 A few office shifts when the team needed support

His reliability, versatility, and customer-first attitude have made him an important part of the TK Compressor team.

Fortunately, unlike most equipment we service, Jesse doesn't require preventative maintenance every 2,000 hours.

When the workday ends, you'll probably find him at a metal concert, gaming online, or relaxing around a campsite.

This month we're celebrating Vernon Theriault and his 5-year anniversary with TK Compressor!

Vernon started with us as a part-time Senior Technician and has spent the last 2+ years leading our service team as Service Manager. Along the way, he's brought integrity, accountability, resourcefulness, and a knack for solving problems that others would rather avoid.

Whether it's a major plant outage or a small service call, Vernon treats every customer and every piece of equipment with the same urgency and commitment. His customer-first approach has helped build strong relationships and a reputation for dependable service.

Thanks to Vernon's leadership, our shop operations, processes, and service flow have never been better. Simply put, he keeps the air flowing and the chaos under control.

When he's not managing compressors and service schedules, you'll likely find him outdoors or relaxing at the campsite with his family.

We’re proud to celebrate 1 year with Tristan Ottahal as part of the TK Compressor team this month!

Since joining us last May as our Service Coordinator, Tristan has been a seamless fit from day one — quickly earning the respect of both our team and our customers through his professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way.

Tristan takes great pride in his work and consistently strives for accuracy, transparency, communication, and quality in every interaction with our technicians and customers. His reliability, consistency, efficiency, and ability to react quickly have made him an instrumental part of our service team.

Beyond the day-to-day, Tristan continues to show a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and help move our team forward.

This week some TK Western co-workers and their family members went to a Canadian Blood Services clinic to donate a pint of red from our veins!

We had quite a few 1st time donors which is special and we hope to make this a routine event with our team and expand our group participation moving forward.

Here's to saving lives, team building, amazing nurses, great snacks and an oil change for your own body in the process!

Today we celebrate Sarah Harvey our Parts Manager, on 9 amazing years TK Compressor!

For nearly a decade, Sarah has kept our parts department running smoothly streamlining processes, managing inventory, improving margins, solving supply challenges, and somehow always knowing where that one part is that nobody else can find.

Sarah's consistent, reliable, efficient, and versatile and has grown into a true leader within our division, constantly pushing improvements and helping teammates well beyond her job title. Whether it’s solving problems, helping the team, or bringing creative ideas into our daily routines, she makes work better for everyone.

Her colorful hair styles may change more often than our product pricing — but her goals, vision, and work ethic remain solid!

Outside of work, Sarah dominates slow pitch fields and travels the world for Pokémon tournaments, proving her
organizational skills extend far beyond parts inventory.

We’re incredibly lucky to have her on our team and can’t wait to see what the next years bring.

This week we’re proud to celebrate Zach Brown on his 4-year anniversary with TK Compressor!

Zach started out as our Service Coordinator, keeping our days organized and our customers supported. Since then, he’s made a leap into the field—now thriving as an excellent Service Technician.
Whether it’s a busy day, a challenging schedule, or a high-pressure job, Zach is someone the whole team can count on.
His consistency, reliability, versatility and drive to grow every single day have made a lasting impact on our customer base and our team.
