Alright ppl I have a bunch of good contracts coming up and I need some solid workers.
Must have the following.
Good work ethic
Be able to work in all different conditions and weather. (Mostly warm)
Take directions and follow with no issues or arguing
Be able to think ahead and follow codes.
Take pride in your work. We build homes and offices for everyone and they ate paying for our service so we provide them with warranty so your work must be completed as if it was your home.
Must drive.
Tools are to be discussed and pay as well.
Time to grow my company again and looking for the right guys and gals to work with.
