Last October 2 we got the whole team together and gave some well-earned shoutouts to the people who went above and beyond this quarter. Gratitude is how we kick off every weekly meeting, and this weekend we're saying it a little louder.

We're so proud to celebrate our Employees of the Quarter, Morgan Barlow and Alex Monkiewicz! 🎉

Morgan, our 2nd Year Electrical Apprentice, has grown into someone our crews count on. He steps up for complex work, takes on more every month, and earns praise from every foreman he works with. It's been a joy to watch.

Alex, our Project Coordinator, is the heart of so many of our projects. He's dependable, thoughtful and always there when someone needs a hand. His positivity rubs off on everyone around him.

Morgan and Alex are a big part of what makes our team feel like family. Whether they're out on site or keeping projects running at the office, they bring care and pride to everything they do. We're so proud to have them representing InfernoEnergy.

Morgan and Alex, thank you for the care and effort you bring every day. We're lucky to have you, and this recognition is so well deserved.

Whether it's a commercial solar array or a full electrical build, the work takes skill, stamina and serious attention to detail. Our crews bring all three to every site. They know the work, they know each other, and they take real pride in delivering systems built to last.

The proof is in who comes back. Around 85% of our clients return to us for future projects, and that trust is earned on the job site.

Progress update from Durham! 🚧☀️

We're in the home stretch on this rooftop solar install. Our crew has been making great progress over the past few weeks, and the array is nearly complete.

Once it's finished, this system will generate clean, on-site power for the building and help lower long-term energy costs for years to come.

A huge thank you to our crew for their hard work and attention to safety every step of the way. We can't wait to share the finished project with you soon!

Say hello to Corey Gervais, our Electrical & Solar Service Technician! 👋

A NAIT-trained electrician since 2016 and a former foreman, Corey has been with us for a year and a half. After time running crews on install sites, he now makes sure our clients' systems keep performing after the build wraps up.

Some of his favourite projects include the solar wall in Victoria, where 504 panels were worked into a building's south facade mural, All Weather Windows, and Carmacks in Edmonton, his first standing seam job.

In Corey's words: "I like working at Inferno because it has a good team atmosphere. The owner and management are always open to suggestions and ask for input on designs."
