Progress update from our Holyrood III project.

Racking is installed and wiring is running across the roof as our crew works toward getting this system ready for panels. It's the part of the job that doesn't always make it into the highlight photos, but it's what makes sure everything performs the way it should once it's up and running.

More updates coming as Holyrood III moves closer to completion.

It's Workmanship Wednesday, and we wanted to show off some work our crew is proud of.

Nobody walks into a building and points at the conduit. But every electrician who's been on a job site knows the difference between work that got rushed and work that got planned out before a single piece went up. This is the second one.

We don't do it this way because someone's watching. We do it because it's the standard we hold ourselves to, seen or not.

This past Friday, Inferno Energy was proud to be a Bronze Sponsor at Chandos Construction 2nd Annual Sporting Shoot Fundraiser.

It was a great afternoon out on the range, trading hard hats for shooting glasses, catching up with familiar faces, and supporting a good cause alongside others in the industry.

Together, the event raised funds for Bridge Healing Housing through the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation, Edmonton's Food Bank, and the Edmonton Humane Society.

Events like this are a good reminder that the relationships built on job sites carry over just as well off of them, and that our industry shows up when it counts.

A big thank you to Chandos for organizing the event, and to everyone who came out and helped raise that kind of money for such important causes. We're glad we could be part of it.

For this month's team member spotlight, meet Allyson Dueck, our Accounting Manager.

"I love starting every meeting with gratitude. I love the positive culture here." We could tell you all day that we've built a good culture, but we'd rather let the people who live it every day say it for us.

We're not slowing down, and we're building the crew to match. Join us.

WE'RE .

Inferno Energy is looking for Foremen, Journeymen, and an Electrical Revit (BIM) Drafter to join our team.

At Inferno Energy, you're not wiring one house at a time. You're putting up thousands of panels on commercial rooftops across this province, and the drawings behind that work have to be just as solid.

We're an Alberta-based, family-owned solar and electrical contractor. We've installed more than 20,000 kW, and 1 in 4 large commercial rooftop solar projects in this province run through us. That kind of work needs the right people in the field and the right people behind the drawings.

We built this company on a simple idea: provide solutions, not excuses. Put yourself in the customer's shoes. Keep your word. Own the outcome. If that sounds like how you already work, whether you're in the field or behind a screen, you'll fit in well here.

Send your resume to [email protected] or check out all our current openings at inferno.ca/careers.

Know a Journeyman, Foreman, or Revit drafter who'd be a good fit? Tag them or share this post.

It's Workmanship Wednesday, and this week we're showing off some clean conduit work from one of our recent electrical projects.

Straight runs, tidy bends, everything lined up and properly supported. It's the kind of work that doesn't get noticed until you know what to look for, and once you do, it's hard to unsee the difference between work that's done right and work that's just done.

This is the level of detail our team brings to every job, whether it ends up in plain sight or tucked behind a wall.

I am incredibly grateful to Curtis for giving me the opportunity to join such an outstanding team, and for providing a supportive environment that allows us to grow both personally and professionally."

We're proud to have Ted on the team and excited to see where this next chapter takes him.

What if your roof did more than keep the rain out?

For a lot of commercial and light industrial businesses, energy is still just a cost. But it doesn't have to be. Your energy system can become a second income stream. Every site's usage can live on one dashboard instead of a dozen spreadsheets. And going green doesn't have to strain your budget, it can actually protect it.

Stop wondering. Let's make it happen. Reach out and let's talk about what this could look like for your business: inferno.ca/contact-us| [email protected]

Big congratulations to Alex, our Project Coordinator, who just finished the half marathon at the Servus Edmonton Marathon! 21.95 km, and he set a new personal best while doing it!

Running that kind of distance, and beating your own record, takes the same grit it takes to keep a solar or electrical project on track: staying focused, pacing yourself, and pushing through until the job is done. We're proud to have that kind of energy on our team.

Way to go, Alex! We're cheering you on. 💪
