WE ARE HIRING!
We are looking for an interlock installer, gradesman, and dump truck driver to join our team for this upcoming season.
If you have experience or eager to learn please reach out. You must have a valid license and your own transportation. These jobs will require lots of physical labour and long hours.
Must be interested in snow removal during winter months.
INTERLOCK INSTALLER-
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of pavers, water features, fire features and retaining walls, concrete footings/pads/walkways.
This role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial, utilizing a broad set of construction skills and tools. The Installer will play a critical role in delivering high-quality results that meet client specifications and project timelines.
Responsibilities
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute installation tasks.
-Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently.
-Install bases, pavers, walls, and other building components according to specifications.
-Perform concrete forming and finishing for footings, pads and walkways
-Operate equipment safely
-Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience in landscape construction, installing pavers, or flat concrete.
Familiarity with blueprint reading and site plans. Experience with hand tools and power tools. Concrete saws, tape measure, levels etc. Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus.
DUMP TRUCK/ HOOK TRUCK DRIVER-
The ideal driver is reliable, experienced, and takes pride in their equipment. They can safely haul and dump materials, back into tight job sites, secure loads properly, and keep their truck clean and well maintained. They show up on time, work efficiently, follow safety rules, and help the crew when needed.
Requirements
- Valid AZ commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of heavy truck maintenance procedures
-Completing daily truck inspections, maintaining a clean and well-kept vehicle, and following all safety and transportation regulations.
- Operate multiple different sized trucks and float trailers up to a 35 ton tag
-Operate a tandem hooklift truck with multiple attachments, including a dump body, flat deck and dumpster bins
- Pick up and deliver dumpster bins
- Ability to safely operate a Loader, Skid steer and excavator or other material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
Experience
We are looking for someone with experience operating dump trucks and float trucks in a construction or landscaping environment. The role includes transporting aggregates, soil, gravel, and other landscape materials to residential and commercial job sites. Experience hauling equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders using a float trailer is preferred. The right candidate will be comfortable loading and unloading equipment, securing loads with chains and binders, and safely backing into tight job sites. A valid AZ driver’s license is required, along with a strong understanding of load securement and safe hauling practices. The ability to assist crews on-site when needed and work as part of a team is considered an asset
