Noble is seeking hard working, motivated individuals to join our team as an electrician in the fast-paced mining industry. The successful individuals will be responsible for working as part of the Noble team to help develop and maintain the construction sites.

Position Title: Electrician

Location: Mosaic K3 Underground

Position Type: This is a project-specific position with an anticipated duration of approximately 6 months.

Schedule: Employees will work a two-week on two-week off night shift rotation.

Travel/LOA: Compensation provided to and from the work site for each turnaround, provided all company travel eligibility requirements are met. Daily living out allowance for employees who meet and provide eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities:

Various electrical construction installations (see website for details)

Education and Experience:

- Journeyperson Electrician
- 600v to 25kv experience
- Trained in operating mobile equipment (Telehandlers, AWP, Etc)
- General Mine Safety Awareness is an asset
- Fall protection is an asset
- Computer skills
- Organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills

Competencies:

- Initiative
- Priority setting/ Time Management

- Accuracy/ Attention to detail

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts nights
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in an underground mine environment

Schedule: Employees will work a two-week on two-week off night shift rotation.

Travel/LOA: Compensation provided to and from the work site for each turnaround, provided all company travel eligibility requirements are met. As well as a daily living out allowance for employees who meet and provide eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities:
-Operating various pieces of equipment
- Performing underground work
- Follow Noble and Mosaic safety policies
- Participate in safety meeting and toolbox talk with supervision
- Gathering and staging various materials to complete construction task
- Meet physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
- Follow Noble and Nutrien safety policies
- Participate in safety meeting and toolbox talk with supervision

Job Skills:

- Underground experience necessary
- Must hold a valid class 5 license
- Must have experience with underground equipment
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to pass any pre-access screening, including a Drug and Alcohol Test
- Ground Control - Rock Bolting - Scaling - etc

Responsibilities:

- Operating various pieces of equipment
- Follow Noble and Mosaic safety policies
- Participate in safety meeting and toolbox talk with supervision
- Gathering and staging various materials to complete construction task
- Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Install, align, dismantle and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tank, conveyors, furnaces and generators according to layout plans using hand and power tools
- Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
- Operate machine tools such as grinders, impacts, etc, to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery

Job Skills:

- Must hold a valid class 5 license
- Underground experience preferred
- Journeyman
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment

Congratulations to the Langenburg Miners 15U Girls Softball team on hosting a fantastic U15C South Provincial Championship this past weekend! From July 17–19, athletes from across the province showcased outstanding teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship.

We were honoured to sponsor the Player of the Game awards, recognizing two athletes after every game—40 players in total—for their effort, leadership, and positive impact on the field.

Congratulations to all of the players, coaches, volunteers, and families who made the weekend such a success. We’re proud to be a small part of celebrating the next generation of athletes. 🥎

After a significant rainstorm brought flooding challenges to parts of the Esterhazy area, our team was grateful to be able to lend a hand where it was needed.
