The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing electrical operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards. This role provides leadership to electrical staff, coordinates daily work activities, and supports ongoing maintenance and project work.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and electrical apprentices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and electrical codes
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and support maintenance repairs
- Maintain records related to work orders, inspections, and materials
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to staff
- Participate in continuous improvement and preventative maintenance initiatives
- Oversee the ex*****on of projects to ensure high level of performance, both in safety and efficiency
- Responsible for the scheduling duties of all employees, communicating with superintendent, employees and clients.
- Make recommendations for change and improvement at the field level.
Identify areas of concern and develop action plans to ensure workplace improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

- Journeyperson Electrician certification (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical work, including supervisory experience
- 3 years plus of Underground experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work day and night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid underground supervisor ticket
- Valid first aid
- Supervisor training - leadership for safety excellence or equivalent

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented fiber technician to install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic networks. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works well independently and as part of a team, and follows safety and industry standards.

Position Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Mosaic/Nutrien
Closing: Position will remain open until a successful candidate is hired

Key Responsibilities

- Install, terminate, and test fiber optic cables (aerial and/or underground)
- Perform splicing, connectorization, and fiber testing (OTDR, power meter, light source)
- Troubleshoot and repair fiber optic network issues
- Read and interpret fiber prints, schematics, and work orders
- Document work completed, test results, and materials used
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience working with fiber optic cable installation and splicing
- Ability to use fiber testing equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on ladders
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work day and night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

- Journeyperson Electrician
- Industry certifications (e.g., FOA, ETA, manufacturer certifications)
- Experience with OTDR testing and troubleshooting
- Experience with underground fiber
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Experience with giber patching
- Previous telecommunications or utility experience

Noble is seeking hard working, motivated individuals to join our team as an electrician in the fast-paced mining industry. The successful individuals will be responsible for working as part of the Noble team to help develop and maintain the construction sites.

Responsibilities:

Various electrical construction installations including but not limited to:
- Experienced in performing 3M cable splicing
- Proficient in high-voltage stress cone installations
- Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics
- Capable of executing glanding and cable terminations
- Experienced in messenger cable installation
- Capable of mounting and securing electrical equipment
- Various equipment installation (motors, switchgear, transformers)
- Proficient in the installation of strut channel systems
- Participation in safety meeting and toolbox talks with supervision, crews and clients
- Gathering and staging various materials to complete construction task

Education and Experience:
- Electrician or Apprentice
- 600v to 25kv experience
- Trained in operating mobile equipment (Telehandlers, AWP, Etc)
- General Mine Safety Awareness is an asset
- Fall protection is an asset
- Computer skills
- Organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
