Yes it's January, a warm winters day. Condensate builds and falls out, humidity loves locks. Keyless entry locks especially mechanical require moisture maintenance.

In a mild winter as such so far condensate can build in your locks causing sticky and frozen locks. Have your locks checked, batteries changed, and repinning done.

Winter... a time when locks run out of respect. Use a dry l**e.. sparingly! Work the key in and out of the keyway. Turn the cylander both ways work that l**e in. Check any batteries and replace on keyless entrance sets. For commercial keyless locks call you locksmith to have the combo chambers cleanes refurbish the locks.
