Located approximately 60 kilometers east of Estevan, Saskatchewan, TS&M's Oxbow branch may be one of our smaller locations, but it consistently punches above its weight class in delivering exceptional customer service. The branch is proudly operated by Raphael Yoner, whose dedication and customer-first approach make a lasting impact on everyone who walks through the door. Oxbow primarily supports field operators by supplying essential day-to-day products, including wellhead packing, pump jack belts, pipe, valves and fittings (PVF), and a wide range of maintenance and repair items that help keep operations running smoothly.
Raphael is known for building strong relationships with his customers—both two-legged and four-legged! Many customers stop by with their dogs while making their rounds, and Raphael always has dog treats on hand to welcome them. During the holiday season, he even handed out TS&M-branded dog bandanas, adding a personal touch that customers and their furry companions looked forward to.
Beyond serving customers, the Oxbow branch is proud to support its local community. TS&M regularly donates door prizes for daycare fundraising events and sponsors signage at the local hockey rink.
