Our latest project, roof remediation. Stripped shingles, tin, and sheathing. Structured the old rafters with new ones, installed cross bracing and new bottom cord structure. Finished with new decking, waterproofing, shingles and facia boards.

Laundry/utility room overhaul. Always hire trusted tradespersons who care about what they do. Cleaned out the “treasures” removed all the water lines that were not strapped and that were installed literally laying on the floor. Fixed the wiring, plumbing, and venting for the washer and dryer, and put them in the right spot, installed thermopan to create functioning cold air returns.

Treated the alkaline on the foundation, underpinned and hydraulically sealed the concrete. Installed a working sump pump and new electrical for under the stairs. Finished with new framing and drywall to replace the existing that stunk of w**d and ci******es.

Thank you to Barry’s Plumbing and Heating, a trusted plumbing contractor, for installing new furnace, water heater, and AC, and for reworking the gas lines and the illegal venting that was found on the extremely damaged appliances.

Our latest project, assisted with a kitchen renovation. Installed wooden countertops, country style sink, new plumbing, and finished with a new tile backsplash. Homeowner did a great job painting, installing the light, and modifying the cupboard doors and trim to complete this project.

I will forgo the, “our latest project” and say that the staff of the Estevan Humane Society are an amazing group of people who work tirelessly for the health, safety, and cleanliness of the animals and facility in their care. Our recent renovations at the facility gave us first hand knowledge of what dedication looks like as the staff are constantly cleaning and caring for the animals and the facility. Bravo to everyone involved at the Estevan Humane Society.

We braced the existing ceiling grid and added new ceiling tiles, repaired some of the HVAC systems, installed new cabinets with a sink, countertop, and backsplash. The job was completed with a new door between two of the spaces. Thank you for having us
