Progress update on Project Filman! We've just installed the manifolds, and here's a sneak peek. With 3 different water sources - potable water, rainwater, and well water - we needed 6 manifolds. The setup: rainwater for toilets, washing machine, and garage hose bibbs, well water for exterior hose bibbs and irrigation, and potable water for everything else.

A little freezing action in the middle of the night ❄️🌙

We replaced a series of pneumatic control valves with digital ones in a downtown Toronto office tower. With no way to drain the system, we turned to liquid nitrogen! Freezing the lines solid within 1–2 minutes at a bone-chilling −196°C. Quick, clean, and done before sunrise.

Check out the final result of our recent office kitchenette renovation on King St. W. This space features two dishwashers, two fridges with ice and water, a standard kitchen faucet and a separate filtered drinking water tap.

Here is a little progress update on a really neat ICF project we are doing. This house features a seven car parking garage with a ramp to drive down into it, and it is fully outfitted with radiant floor heat through every floor.

We have been working hard at roughing in the drainage system, and will be installing the waterlines shortly!
