While we’re away, we may be a little harder to catch—but we’re not gone for good!

⚠️ Power Outage? Your Garage Door Might Need a Little Help! ⚠️

With the recent power outages in our area, we’ve already started seeing garage doors that won’t open, won’t close properly, or have suffered broken springs and snapped cables after power was restored.

A few reminders:
🔌 Don’t force your garage door open if it feels heavy or stuck.
🔧 If a spring or cable has broken, stop using the door immediately—these parts are under extreme tension and can be dangerous.

🚪 If you need to use your garage during an outage, make sure you know how to safely use the emergency release cord.

If your garage door isn’t working properly after the outage, give The Garage Door Guy a call. We’re local, we’re happy to help, and we’ll get your door operating safely again.
