Thank you so much to Hosmer Volunteer Fire Department for remembering David on your new fire truck. David was a member of HVFD for 15 years since moving to Hosmer from Britain and was still an active firefighter and blacksmith until he died. He always drove Engine 1041 and his family is honoured by the memorial decal.

Fernie Forge, 2087 Hwy #3 in Hosmer is having a closing sale on Saturday December 6th from 10-2. A selection of items can be seen in these photos…from section rolls, pipe bender, antique bellows to components, woodworking equipment and tools. Eye of the Needle will therefore only be open this Saturday from 2:30-5:30.
