A 4400 lifts 4,400 lb. A 2200 lifts 2,200. A 22000 lifts 22,000. That's how every eme gantry is named — no decoder ring, no chart.

Working in metric? Convert the load to pounds first, then match the model. 2,000 kg is a 4400. Not a 2200.

An eme 4400M Pro in a finished pump station — 4,400 lb, 2,000 kg — parked over the control cabinet, ready to roll over the pumps, the valves, whatever comes up next. No runway. No structural steel added to the building. It arrived on its own casters, and it will leave the same way.

Sockets go in first. Steel-bodied, safety yellow, anchored to the slab — and then they wait. When a pump has to come up, the arm drops in, makes the lift, and lifts back out.

Two sockets here. One davit covers both. Add a third pad next year and it covers that too.

Interior construction, no crane bay, no room for a machine. An eme 4400 — 4,400 lb, 2,000 kg — rolls to the opening and holds the walk-behind saw exactly where it needs to be while the slab comes out. When the hole is finished, so is the setup.

That's the point of a crane with no foundation.

The eme 2200 davit: 2,200 lb (1,000 kg) rated capacity on an aluminum arm, mounted on a steel base that ships safety yellow. The arm lifts out and goes with you. The socket stays — on the pad, on the wall, or flush in the slab — ready for next time.

The room was never built to lift it.

An eme 11000 in a treatment-plant mechanical room — no overhead crane, no headroom to add one. The gantry rolls in on its own casters, straddles the blower and its motor, and puts a rated 11,000 lb (5,000 kg) hook exactly where the work is.

Then it rolls back out, and the room goes back to being a room.

What a moment. 🇺🇸

On July 4, 2026, America's Time Capsule was lowered into the ground in front of Independence Hall — sealed until 2276.

And the crane that lowered it? An eme aluminum gantry.

We're a company built for the North American market, and we couldn't be prouder that one of our cranes had the privilege of helping ring in America's 250th birthday.

900 lb of stainless steel. A quarter of a millennium underground. An eme gantry doing the honors.

And we'll have one ready to haul it back out in 2276, for America's 500th!
