Our employee of the month is also a great teammate. They are always willing to help, share their extensive knowledge and step in when needed, all while bringing a positive attitude to the table. On top of all that, this person also shows patience in their interactions with others, whether explaining the cause of an issue or offering one of the many possible solutions. Their collaborative nature can help bring about a solution that best fits the company, the person, or the situation.

March has flown by here at Weston, and it has come with some changes. During this period of change, we would like to recognize a member of our team who has taken it all in stride.

Although this person is more lowkey, their work ethic and their attitude have not gone unnoticed by others. Throughout this transition period, this person didn’t resist or hesitate. Instead, they adapted and kept moving forward, embracing new tasks and responsibilities.

This person has demonstrated steadfast reliability, consistently performs quality work, and does not have a negative thing to say throughout it all. They show up, stay focused, and handle any challenges with a calmness and determination that sets the standard for others around them.
