This month we'd like to recognize a member of our team for the outstanding work he's done since joining us.

This worker is exactly the kind of person you want on a job site - genuinely safety conscious, not because someone's checking up on him, but because he actually cares about doing things right and making sure everyone around him goes home safe at the end of the day. That's not always the easiest thing to be popular for, but it's one of the most important.

On top of that, he's always in a good mood. Rain or shine, busy day or slow one, he's got a smile on his face and seems genuinely happy to be here- and that kind of attitude is contagious. It makes the people around him better to be around too.

He's a good, solid worker who does what needs to be done, does it safely, and does it with a smile- and that combination doesn't come around every day.

This month we'd like to recognize a member of our office staff for the brilliant work he's done since joining our team.

This worker is a proper team player, always willing to lend a hand wherever it's needed. He's kept a key part of our operations running like clockwork, vendors chased, orders placed, and never once losing his cool. Well, almost never! Someone did make the big mistake of nicking his ruler this week, and there was nearly a formal investigation!

He also holds the office record for the most times asked: "Sorry, what was that?" It turns out a proper English accent doesn't always translate in Fort Macleod. But we wouldn't have it any other way.

This is someone who shows up, does the work, and does it well. And that doesn't go unnoticed.
