It is with both, a little sadness and happiness of course, I have now finished my working career and have closed Cobalt Homes Inc. I have spent near 40 years in the home building industry and loved every minute of it. It was a pleasure over the past 15 years to have Cobalt build a quality product, thanks to my many excellent trades and suppliers, that has become so many happy homes for great Cobalt homeowners...that I call my friends and love seeing them from time to time in the community where we all live.
Thank you all for your support and kindness and hope to see you all again soon.
