When you build passive, you get a more efficient design, a thicker wall system, and a highly reduced energy bill! Noone ever says, "I wish I hadn't built passive"!!!

This customer's second house built by us performed super well on the BLOWER TEST. No surprise here. 😃 This house was DESIGNED for high EFFICIENCY, scoring a .6 (which means .6 air changes per hour) 👏 👏 👏 They also went with a soothing vinyl siding from Kaycan called Willow Green. If you haven't been to Kaycan before, you should check them out.

Our team is starting to build a new passive house this week! This project belongs to a returning happy customer, building their SECOND passive house with us in Fredericton because they have seen the results and absolutely love passive!!! Gotta say, I do too! 🔨 😃 💪 🏠 🌞

How do you like this gorgeous maple ceiling?! 🍁 And this shiplap is locally made with poplar hardwood, painted Dove White by Benjamin Moore. She's a thing of beauty!

Ok Passive House Fans - This brand new outhouse (aka this hu-manure, off-grid, compost toilet) needs your help! What paint colour should the door and the interior be??? The system itself works remarkably well and doesn't have a bad odour like normal outhouses do. It just needs a little more finesse and style ;) Send us your colour suggestions and don't forget to like our page! Thanks Friends! Bring it on!
