Lot for Sale! 🌲
We’re posting this vacant building lot on behalf of a client of ours, but let me say - we know a great building lot when we see one!
This (Hanwell) lot is over two acres and allows for great privacy and all the southern exposure - picture a beautiful driveway down to your forever home, surrounded by trees! The land’s natural grade provides the perfect space for a walk-out, and traffic will always remain low as you’re nestled at the back of a residential cul-de-sac. It’s a small world (because *Fredericton*), but we actually walked this lot for another client previous to knowing its owner, and we loved it and recommended it as a great option to the interested party at the time. If you know us, you know that we don’t recommend building lots far more often than we do (the pickings are slim these days)! In a city where beautiful vacant property in desirable areas are becoming more difficult to find, it’s hard not to appreciate this one.
