Congradulations Team 2 (L-R: Fatima T Agoro, Disha Bisto, Diana CongRong Xu, Corey McMinniman) on earning second place at the 2019 Design Symposium! Well Deserved!

Last week employees from AV Group NB Atholville Pulp Mill were at the 5th Annual UNB Engineering Design Symposium in Fredericton. Since September, three engineers from the Atholville Mill have been meeting with a team of four Chemical Engineering students from UNB to guide and mentor them with their project of the design of a Totally Chlorine-Free Bleaching Sequence at the Atholville Mill. Congratulations to the chemical engineering students who placed second with their presentation.

Congratulations on earning first place team 7 (L-R: Shannon Yazdani, Jacob Cormier, Karim Fagir, Emily Weston) and congratulations to all the other participants in 2019 Engineering Design Symposium!

Our Pulp & Paper team attended the 5th Annual Engineering Design Symposium yesterday in Fredericton. Congratulations to University of New Brunswick Engineering Team for their winning design presentation on Lake Utopia Paper! They were mentored by our very own, Rick Wasson and Brad Stoddard from Lake Utopia Paper.
