Our insta panels layed down then 1-1/2" closed cell spray foam sprayed on top to seal for radon and added R- value, total R 21. Infloor heat pipes will be installed at a later date.

With the spring thaw often comes increased moisture in your basement and crawl spaces.

This home was built just after the First World War. This type of foundation seeps water and requires specific steps to waterproof and insulate. Using the incorrect steps or products will result in mold accumulation. As occurred here.

This job was completed approximately 14 years ago.

Complete failure of foundation walls. Walls had bowed into the basement. We jacked up the entire house. Took the weight of the house off of the foundation. Tore out the crumbling foundation and rebuilt it all. We had minimal access to the yard so had to trouble shoot getting the debris out and new products in. We used a conveyer belt to remove soil, from inside the basement and back filled with pea stone.

The property has since changed owners and remains as solid as we left upon project completion.
