Oke Woodsmith is seeking a temporary, full-time Administrative Assistant to cover a 12-month maternity leave.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Develop and maintain filing systems and office supplies
- Record daily timesheets, issue purchase orders, order materials
- Assist with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong client relation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience in Sage accounting software would be an asset
- Familiarity with general principles of accounting
