✈️ What an incredible weekend at the Grande Prairie Regional Airshow!

BASE was proud to sponsor this outstanding event, which welcomed approximately 8,200 people for an unforgettable weekend of aviation and entertainment. It was especially exciting to see the Canadian Forces Snowbirds perform and to celebrate the connection of one of their pilots to Grande Prairie – Canadian Forces Snowbirds Captain Iain Muir: Snowbird 7!

A huge thank you to the organizers, volunteers, performers, vendors, emergency services, and everyone else who worked behind the scenes to make the airshow such a success. Our team had a fantastic time both volunteering and attending. We are proud to support events that bring our region together.

Our Geotechnical Engineering Team is putting together a special soils investigation for work near Beaverlodge, AB!

Cone Pe*******on Testing (CPT) provides valuable insight into subsurface soil conditions by collecting continuous data throughout the investigation. This method is not part of our typical drilling programs, making it a great opportunity for our team to expand our field experience and capabilities.

🌧️🚴 Rain, wind, and 163 km later—they did it!
Congratulations to two of BASE's own, Marcus and Laura, for completing the MS Bike Tour on June 27-28! Over two days, they rode from Airdrie to Olds and back, pushing through pouring rain and challenging conditions, all in support of an incredible cause.
We're proud of their determination, resilience, and commitment to giving back to the community. Way to go, Marcus and Laura!
