It's been an exciting day as we officially took possession of the Co-op Truck Wash, formerly known as GP Truck Wash!

To complete the transition, we will be closed for the remainder of today and all day tomorrow. Our team is busy switching over operating systems, completing some minor maintenance, and preparing the facility for reopening.

We look forward to welcoming customers back on Friday, November 6, and will continue to operate daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

We're excited to begin this new chapter and continue providing the quality service you've come to expect, now as part of the New Horizon Co-op family.

Proudly Co-op. Truly Local.

Thank you for your patience and support. We look forward to serving you soon!

Last weekend, the Hythe Motor Speedway hosted its annual Awards Banquet, Sponsor & Volunteer Appreciation Night. Rick and Dayton were on hand to accept recognition on behalf of New Horizon Co-op as a major sponsor for the 2026 racing season.

We are proud to support Hythe Motor Speedway and our partnership that helps make racing more accessible for local families. Through our sponsorship, children 12 and under can attend races free of charge, helping create memorable experiences for the next generation of racing fans.

Thank you to the volunteers, sponsors, drivers, and fans who make each season a success. We look forward to continuing our partnership in 2027!

Happy International Cat Day!

Today, our team stopped by Bandaged Paws Animal Rescue Association to spend some time with their adorable feline residents, help with cleaning, and present a $500 donation to support much-needed supplies.

These sweet faces are just a few of the many cats currently looking for their forever homes. If you're interested in adopting, fostering, volunteering, or supporting their important work, visit their website:

As part of our ongoing partnership with 4-H Alberta, we are proud to support local youth through annual scholarship opportunities.

One of the most rewarding parts of this program is receiving thank-you messages from the students whose educational journeys have been positively impacted. Their kind words are a reminder of the importance of investing in the next generation.

We'd like to share a few of the thank-you notes we've received and congratulate all of this year's scholarship recipients. We are proud to support your future and wish you continued success.
