Company Coordinator / Customer Service Representative
We are actively seeking an individual interested in a full-time career as a Technical Representative for the services and products we provide for industrial weighing applications in Northern Ontario and the Abitibi region of Quebec, with project management responsibilities for Industrial Weighing Solutions and Products.
The ideal candidate is bilingual and has a strong background in instrumentation and/or mechanics/hydraulics. This technical position requires excellent communication skills (both written and oral), organizational skills.
Key Requirements / Qualifications
- Bilingual (French-English), both verbal and written.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Critical Thinking: Quickly gather and analyze information related to the specific application/need.
- Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues. Work effectively as a team member to develop the best weighing solution for the application.
- Excellent communicator with proven knowledge of industrial mechanics and
instrumentation.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Projects, and other common office software.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Proven time management and computer skills, with strong problem-solving skills.
Company Coordinator, your duties will include but not limited to the following:
• Inventory control
• Shipping receiving
• Project document control Project coordination / Scheduling / Controlling of PO
• Purchasing / ordering materials / parts sourcing
• Instrument coordination invoicing parts inventory control
• Inside Sales
• Scheduling assistance Techs (service work)
• Distributors, Scheduling / coordination service work / invoicing.
• Safety documents web sites coordination
• Manage Safety Documents/ Procedures
- Collaborate with clients and suppliers to analyze and select the best-suited weighing product-services solution for the application.
- Be attentive to customer requests and provide quality customer service.
- Suggest alternatives or related products, if necessary.
- Support the eorts of our team of Measurement Canada-accredited field technicians related to the industrial weighing products and solutions we provide.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve industrial weighing issues/applications.
- Collaborate with Team manager / technicians for the weekly scheduling of field services-installations calibrations.
