Dear clients and friends, we’re Moving! 🚛

To better serve our customers and support our continued growth, BD Drill Canada will be operating from our new facility starting July 1st.

📍 New Address: 3307 Hwy 144, Chelmsford, ON

Please note that we will be closed on June 25th and 26th while we complete our relocation.

Drilling Efficiency=Machine x Energy Transfer x Rock Breaking
In tight headings and changing ground conditions, efficiency comes from balance.
The rig generates the energy. Then questions arise:
→ how much of that energy actually reaches the face?
→ and how effectively it breaks the rock?
That’s where tooling becomes the difference.

Poor energy transfer, worn components, or mismatched bit design can quickly turn available power into lost performance.

That’s why optimizing drill strings and bit performance is one of the most direct ways to improve meters drilled and reduce cost per meter.

This is something we keep learning and refining every day at BD.

February was an incredible month filled with inspiring encounters, meaningful conversations, and new beginnings from the International Society of Explosives Engineers - ISEE Eastern Canada Chapter gathering to the start of a new adventure.
