This one came with a few challenges, tight spaces and even an in-ground pool, but our team got it done ✅

We installed our Rub-R-Wall waterproofing system and replaced the old clay weeping tile (which wasn’t doing much!) with a brand new system, properly directed into a sump pit with a pump. Now this homeowner can enjoy peace of mind knowing their foundation is protected for years to come!

We just wrapped up this job! We did some foundation repairs, installed new weeping tile, and installed a sump pit with a pump. Upon excavation of the house, we noticed the old clay weeping tile didn't connect anywhere for drainage. The original spot was blocked off outside beside the footing with concrete, which had led to hydrostatic pressure on the foundation and basement slab. The water would push up through the bottom of the slab. 🔨🏠💧

We sealed one wall of the foundation using our exclusive Rub-R-Wall waterproofing system. In addition, we repaired some minor foundation cracks and installed several new window wells. At the homeowner’s request, we removed the insulated chimney and repaired the roof in that area. The result: no more water leaks!

We completed this interior weeping tile system for a homeowner who had water coming in. We could not excavate outside due to an in-ground pool on the property, but we got the basement sealed and water contained! This system collects groundwater that has made its way under the basement slab or through the foundation walls. The water enters the perforated pipe, flows by gravity to the sump pit, and is then discharged, preventing it from pooling on the basement floor or causing hydrostatic pressure against the foundation. Benefits: Interior weeping tile systems are a highly effective way to keep basements dry. #
