With 78 TOPS of AI compute, 8GB of memory, an 8-core Arm CPU, improved Tensor Cores, and higher memory bandwidth, Jetson Orin Nano 2 is built for delivery and inspection drones, robots, vision AI, and other Physical AI applications.

Connect Tech is supporting the platform, bringing more than a decade of NVIDIA Jetson experience and AI engineering expertise to help customers right-size compute for their applications.

Our recent CTai LABS work showed what is possible when you optimize the entire system. A Physical AI workload previously scoped for a 64GB Jetson AGX Orin configuration was optimized to run on 32GB through systematic memory, model, runtime, and platform optimization.

We're bringing that same engineering approach to Jetson Orin Nano 2 from day zero.

Connect Tech & CTai LABS were featured in NVIDIA's livestream today, Building Multi-Camera 3D Tracking Applications with NVIDIA DeepStream 9.1 Skills.

Here's what we built: our team used NVIDIA's DeepStream Coding Agents alongside leading AI models to deploy multiple coding agents in parallel, integrating Multi-View 3D Tracking (MV3DT) into our existing Digital Twin application. That meant tracking multiple people across multiple cameras, with full end-to-end camera calibration, model optimizations, and accelerated data ingestion pipelines. Of importance was this was the only real application featured, not a 5-minute test run.

A build that would normally take a small team about 2 months took CTai LABS 2 days.

NVIDIA just expanded the Jetson Thor family, and you can start building for it.

The new Jetson T3000 achieves similar LLM, VLM, VLA, and world foundation model inference performance as the T5000 while delivering roughly half the size and power. Same Blackwell architecture. Same software stack. Same 273 GB/s memory bandwidth. The Jetson T2000 opens the family to visual AI agents, AMRs, and manipulators at 400 FP4 TFLOPS.

Connect Tech supports both modules, which arrive Q1 2027 with T3000 emulation mode available on T5000 platforms later this month. Software validated on T5000 carries straight to T3000 production hardware.
