We were excited to have MPP Joseph Racinsky () and Mayor Cam Guthrie () along with Councillors Klassen and Bussuttil at our head office location this morning to celebrate the expansion of our operations.

The visit announced the support from the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade (MEDJCT) into Kiwi Newton and our mission "To provide high-quality, affordable, and sustainable construction at scale."

We are actively investing in making construction more productive with our Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and Off-Site prefabrication of our building systems.

We aren't blaming anyone. Most people are not involved in parking structure construction every day.

Can you build on top of a parking structure?

Yes, but if the structure is open-air, it often isn’t a good idea.

Adding parks, housing, restaurants, or sports courts on top of an above-grade parking structure can force the entire building to become enclosed under the building code.

That change alone can DOUBLE the cost of the parking.
