Your bathroom fan may be running—but where is that moisture going?

Venting into the attic can lead to condensation, mould, wet insulation and wood rot. Bathroom exhaust should vent completely outdoors through properly sealed ductwork, with insulation where it passes through a cold attic.

A working fan is only part of the job. Where it vents matters just as much.

What an incredible weekend at the Halifax Fall Home Show!

A huge thank-you to everyone who stopped by the Brown Ventilation booth, entered our heat-pump giveaway, watched our cleaning demonstrations and spoke with us about improving their home’s heating, ventilation and indoor air quality.

We loved showing homeowners what can be hiding behind a clean-looking filter—and why proper heat-pump, HRV, dryer-vent and duct cleaning matters.
