Builder-grade beige isn't a rule. The homeowners here went with a burnt orange accent wall and a woven pendant, and it looks better every week the leaves turn outside.

When you build with us, Andrew sits down with you one-on-one to pick colours and finishes, so the house ends up looking like the people who live in it.

What colour would you go bold with?

Thanksgiving dinner starts long before everyone sits down. There are vegetables to chop, serving dishes to find, and somehow three people standing in the kitchen asking what they can do.

We love a kitchen with room for all of it: the prep, the company, and the mess that comes with a good meal. It’s one of the reasons we build around how people actually live.

What’s the one dish that has to be on your Thanksgiving table?

The first chilly mornings of fall make the kitchen a pretty popular place. Coffee’s on, the view is good, and nobody’s in much of a hurry to leave.

We build kitchens for mornings like these, as well as everything else a busy day throws at them.

What’s your fall morning routine?

A fresh new build is a blank canvas.

The same space can feel warm and Scandinavian, rich and mid-century modern, clean and coastal—or entirely your own. The architecture creates the foundation, but the furniture, paint colours and personal details are what make it feel like home.

Which style would you choose for this space?

The wood-grain cabinets against that deep green wall is a combo that will always impress. Brass faucet, brass pulls, and a patterned floor tile doing most of the talking.

It's all in the details ✨

A custom home doesn't just mean you can pick where you want your bathroom to be located, you can also work with us to pick out the finishing details yourself. From light fixtures, to cabinet pulls, to faucets, and more. We want your home to feel like YOU.

Natural light. Warm wood floors. A quiet place to start and end the day.

The furniture will change over the years, but the feeling of a room like this won't.

Bedrooms should feel calm, comfortable, and connected to their surroundings—and that starts with thoughtful window placement.
