From welding to fitting to Quality Control, Paul’s journey at Walters is a great example of how experience and opportunity can lead to growth.

Since joining the team in 2020, he has continued to build his skills across multiple areas of the shop before moving into his current role as a Quality Control Inspector. Today, he helps keep production moving by inspecting steel, reviewing specifications, and making sure details are right before work moves to the next stage.

Construction began over 14 live rail lines in the heart of Manhattan. With a launching gantry in place, our team loaded 16 precast segmental concrete box girders, each weighing over 2,100 tons and spanning 240 feet across the tracks below, creating the foundation for the development above.👏
