Kyle helps lay the groundwork for successful projects at Walters Group.

As a Lead Estimator, he reviews structural drawings to make sure every steel item is captured before fabrication begins. He also mentors new hires and students while continually looking for ways to improve the estimating process.

Project progress from Northern Ontario: another major milestone reached at the Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA) healthcare campus.

The structure for the hospital’s main public space is officially in place, creating the defining overhead feature of the main entrance. With structural steel installation approximately 95% complete, this drone shot shows the hospital continuing to take shape — and the scale of a project that will help bring culturally welcoming care closer to communities along the Western James Bay and Hudson Bay coasts.

Proud to be moving this important project forward alongside Weeneebayko Area Health Authority, Infrastructure Ontario and Pomerleau.
