Flamboro Machine Shop LTD Flamborough, Ontario (North of Dundas) Flamboro Machine Shop Ltd. is owned and operated by John and Lee Van Wyngaarden since June 1992. and 9 feet long.

John has over 30 years experience in the industry. We currently have 9 full-time employees on staff, all of whom we are very proud. We also provide work experience for high school students; we offer at least one co-operative education session per year. The following is a list of machines and capabilities we have in place that enable us to provide superior service to our customers. Our business is

housed in a 7000 sq ft facility located at 952 Brock Road in Flamborough, ON. Lift Capacity: 5 ton overhead crane in our main facility, and 2 ton
overhead crane in our secondary facility

Turning: 4 manual lathes which can turn up to 27" dia. Milling: 2 Bridgeport Style Mills and 1 Large Vertical Mill

CNC:

* Daewoo Puma 300 Turning Center; can turn approx 15" dia x 54" long

* Daewoo Lynx 220-A Turning Center with Bar Feeder; used mainly for smaller diameter pieces, up to 12" long

* Daewoo Puma 240 Turning Center;

* Daewoo DMV 4020 Machining Center with 20" x 40" machining table.

* Daewoo DMS 3016L Machining Centre with 30" x 16" machining table

* Tigercut HBM-4 Horizontal Boring Mill; Y-Axis = 63" x X-Axis = 87"

Do-All Automatic Saw - With capacity to cut up to 9" round bar

70 ton Hydraulic Press

Welding: Mig, Tig, and Stick
