AVAILABLE POSITION: INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong telephone communication & sales skills
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Exceptional Organization skills
- Forward thinking, positive attitude
- 1-2 years Sales administration experience
- Computer efficient in CRM Software
- An ability to multitask
- A willingness to learn and show initiative

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Booking sales appointments / meetings
- Prepare and process quotes, proposals and sales orders accurately and promptly
- Follow up on leads, quotes and customer requests to support sales conversion
- Maintain and update customer records in Software system
- Coordinate with outside sales representatives and internal teams
- Assist in identifying and quoting new customer care opportunities
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

New Build Project Complete!
Starting from a blank canvas at a manufacturing plant in Paris, ON, Northern Prime was tasked with designing and installing a comprehensive compressed air system tailored to meet the plant’s needs.

Our scope included the full installation of all compressed air equipment, expertly routed Blue Pipe for durability and efficiency, plus custom ductwork for optimal airflow management.

Northern Prime supplied two robust 150hp Chicago Pneumatic air compressors — including one variable speed compressor that not only delivers superior energy efficiency but also qualified for a valuable government incentive rebate, helping reduce operational costs!

This project highlights the perfect blend of smart design, cutting-edge equipment, and expert mechanical installation.
