The Penguins would like to extend a huge thank you to Jonathan and Judy Russell and Fleek Industries for their generous donation of side guards for all of the Penguins’ wheelchair basketball chairs.
Your help and support make a real difference for our athletes.
These side guards are not only an important safety feature for our Mini Penguins, but they also help provide a much better fit in the chairs. This gives athletes more control and improves overall chair handling on the court. Our older youth and adult players have already noticed the difference!
We would also like to thank Penguin community member Andrew Brown for volunteering his time to install all of the side guards.
