What’s using the most electricity on your farm? ⚡

Milking equipment, refrigeration, ventilation, lighting. Every operation has its own energy demands. Knowing when and where you can spot the biggest energy consumption is a useful first step when considering solar.

Happy Thanksgiving! 🍂

As we gather around the table, we’re grateful for the local farmers whose hard work helps make this meal possible. From the vegetables and potatoes to the turkey and everything in between, so much of what we enjoy starts on a farm.

Thank you to the farmers who help feed our families and communities. Wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving!

September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It's a day to reflect on the history and ongoing impact of the residential school system in Canada, and to honour the children who never came home, the survivors, and their families and communities. We encourage everyone on our team, and in the communities we work in, to take time today to learn, reflect, and listen. 🧡

Choosing a solar installer isn’t just about who installs your system today. It’s about who will still be there to support it years down the road.

Before you make the investment, there are important questions worth asking about system design, performance in Canadian winters, warranties, financing and long-term support.

We’ve put together the questions we believe every farm and business should ask before choosing a solar installer - the same ones we’d want answered if we were making the investment ourselves.

We're proud to be a Gold Sponsor of the Agricultural Alliance of N.B. - Alliance Agricole du N.-B.! 🌱☀️

Helping farmers and agricultural businesses reduce their electricity costs has always been at the heart of what we do.

We're grateful for our continued partnership with AANB and the opportunity to connect with more farmers across New Brunswick!

You own your land. Your equipment. Your buildings. What about your power?

Every month, your farm pays the utility for the electricity it needs. You use it, pay the bill, and next month you start all over again.

Think of it like renting your power. That money goes out the door with no equity, no ownership and no asset to show for it.

A NOREASTER micro solar farm changes that. You own the system and the power it produces, turning an ongoing electricity expense into an investment in your operation that continues producing value for decades.

Why keep renting your power when you could own it? https://bit.ly/4hhxXbV

Day 2 at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show! 🌾

We had some great conversations with farmers yesterday about electricity costs, energy needs and what solar could look like on their operations.

We’re back at Booth RP-2 (Rural Pavilion tent) today, so if you haven’t stopped by yet, come take a look at the NOREASTER and chat with Jacqueline and Tim.

See you at the show! ☀️
