Ark Health Collective came to us with a vision, not a building.

Their goal was to transform a former bar into a fully integrated health collective, bringing pharmacy, physiotherapy, and physician services together under one roof while allowing each practice to remain independent.

Our team led a full interior gut-and-rebuild, treating the 1989 structure as a brand-new build. Working alongside skilled Sussex area trades, we coordinated structural upgrades and navigated engineering challenges along the way. When reinforcements were required, we partnered with local welders to strengthen the steel frame and keep the project on track through clear communication and collaborative problem-solving.

The result is a modern, community-focused medical facility delivering seamless care.
