Would give more than a 5 star rating if I could!

I had previously worked with another heat pump company that took 6 months, and over a thousand dollars to not make any progress. Before spending more, I wanted a second opinion, so I called Nova as they are listed as a partner with Daikin.

With Nova Heat Pumps, the tech Ryan came and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He very quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the right parts.

I did not have to call and follow up, Nova Heat Pumps was very quick to give me updates and schedule the appointment to have them installed when the parts were in.

Nova Heat Pumps saved us thousands of dollars over having continued with the previous company we had used, they've earned a customer for life!

Tarilyn had to take a quick detour on her way home after an install to rescue this little guy and bring him safely to Hope for Wildlife.

We’re lucky to have such caring people on the Nova team, whether it’s helping customers or helping wildlife 😊💙

Hope for Wildlife's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and release back into the wild injured and orphaned wildlife. Be sure to contact them if you find an animal in distress.
