We installed a glue-down vinyl plank in this basement unit, a solid upgrade that stands up to real wear and tear. Compared to click flooring, glue-down lasts longer, handles moisture better, and if anything ever gets damaged, it’s much easier to repair without ripping everything up 🙌

Small hole… BIG problem 💧🏠
We tracked down a mystery leak in this basement and found the culprit — a 1/2” hole in the foundation paired with a drain pipe that wasn’t pushing water far enough away. That’s all it takes.
We handled it start to finish: mold removal + treatment, sealed the foundation properly, extended the drainage to keep water out for good, and finished it off with a brand new floor 🙌
Problem solved the right way — not just covered up.
