🚨 We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager 🚨
Are you passionate about quality and driving continuous improvement? We’re looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team!
🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Lead the QA team to establish objectives, priorities and support their activities
• Develop and implement quality standards and procedures
• Support and/or conduct audits related to various Quality and Food Safety programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain or improve product/service quality
• Analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years experience in a Quality Assurance Lab, preferably in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical and/or GMP facility in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulatory and legal requirements
• Knowledge and experience with ISO9001 and Good Manufacturing Practices
• A team leader who assumes full ownership and responsibility for the development and growth of employees and their performance.
