A closer look at some of the exterior work we completed on this modern home.

Our team updated the siding and rebuilt the garage, using a combination of black ACM panels, composite wood siding, and concrete finishes.

These materials give the home a clean, modern appearance while keeping exterior maintenance to a minimum.

Take a look through some of the finished details.

A look at the concrete work on one of our current custom home projects.

We're pouring a total of 5,000 square feet, with 2,500 square feet for the home and another 2,500 for the attached garage.

The entire slab is insulated and fitted with hydronic in-floor heating. The project also includes a suspended slab for the basement mechanical room.

A look at some of the work that went into expanding this garage from 5-car to 10-car capacity.

We used an ICF foundation and walls with an open-web steel joist roof system, along with four new garage doors to update the exterior.

The expansion also meant relocating the septic bed, extending the concrete driveway, replacing the irrigation system, and restoring the surrounding lawn and landscaping.

There was a lot involved in this one, but looking at the finished property, you'd hardly know how much had changed.

Making progress on this 5,000-square-foot custom shop.

Here we're lifting the engineered roof trusses into place.

The building also features an insulated concrete slab with floor drains and oversized garage doors.

A pretty impressive space once you see the scale of it from above.

It's always great getting the opportunity to work with returning clients.

For this project, the homeowners had outgrown their existing 5-car garage and wanted to double the space without changing the overall look of their home.

We expanded the garage to accommodate 10 vehicles, making sure the new addition blended with the original design.
